For 1 Dwelling house, cabin roof, no floor round logs wooden chimney 16 feet 18 

“ 1 Corn Crib Cabin roof split logs puncheon floor 9 feet by 12 

“ 1 Field Bottom Land good fence 15 acres 

“ 1 DO Bottom Land good fence 14 acres 

“ 10 Bearing Peach trees  

“ 1 Dwelling house cabin roof round logs no floor wooden Chimney 20 by 22 

“ 1 Corn Crib Cabin roof round Logs puncheon floor 18  square  

“ 1 Small field Bottom Land good fence 1 acre 

“ 20 Bearing Peach Trees 10 not bearing  

“ 2 Bearing Apple Trees 

“ 1 field Bottom Land good fence 40 acres  

“ 40 bearing Peach Trees 

These improvements were made on Hightower River and forcibly taken by Georgians in 1830  

Personally came before me Akey and Artaluskee of Cherokee Nation East and Solemnly affirmed forgoing statement of Claims against the United States For Improvements is just & true to the best of their Knowledge & belief 

Affirmed to before me this 20th of August 1838
