“ 1 House 18 feet square hewed logs cabin roof boards nailed on with shed on one side
“ 1 Corn crib 12 feet by 6 cabin roof puncheon floor
“ 15 acres of cleared land on Etowah River under good fence
“ 6 Bearing Peach Trees
“ 2 Apple Trees not bearing
Personally came before me Crow and Big Fish of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States for property is just and true, to the best of their knowledge and belief.
Affirmed to before me this the 22 day of Sept 1838
