30 Bearing Peach Trees
1 Fish Trap 25 feet by 7 (all Etowah river)
Personally came before me Tar-lus–kee and Tom Tit of the Cherokee nation East an solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States for improvements is just and true to the best of their belief and knowledge
