The above described hogs was stolen in the year 1832 Claimant states that she has not seen her hogs but heard they was stolen by a Whiteman by the name of Ratliff a citizen of the United States the described horse was stolen in the 1833 Claimant states that she has not seen her horse in possession of any person but he was stole but he was stolen by a white citizen of United States. The above described hogs was stolen in the year 1834 claimant states that she has not seen her hogs but heard they was stolen by a Whiteman by the names of Jack Carrol citizen of the United States
Personally came before me Sa-kee of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly Affirmed that the above is a correct statement of claims against the united states for property stolen by Whiteman citizen of the united states and the above account is just and true to the best of his knowledge and belief

Personally came before me Tah-yuah and Darkee of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that they was well acquainted with claimant’s property and we saw all of the foregoing described property of claimant’s in possession of white citizens of the United States and the foregoing account is just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief
