The above described horses was stolen in the year 1833. Claimant states that a white man known to her by the name of Ned came To her house and forcibly took off her horses and claimant has not got her horses since said man is a citizen of the United States the cattle was stolen in the year 1833.
The claimant states that she was from the home and a whiteman by the name of Waggoner came and killed claimants cattle in presence of his children and she has not received any compensation for the same the hogs was stolen in the year 1833 claimant states that she has not seen her hogs in possession of any person but she heard a whiteman by the name of Ned drove the hogs to Sixes and sold the said Ned is a citizen of the United States claimant states that a whiteman by the name of Waggoner dispossessed her of her house in the year 1833 and said Waggoner forcibly (illegible) and keep(?) all of claimants chickens and other described property charged in the account so that claimant has not received any compensation for the above described property all of which was stolen and forcibly keep(?) by Whiteman citizen of the United States
Personally came before me Polly of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly Affirmed that the above is a correct statement of claims against the United States for property stolen from her by white citizens of the United States and the forgoing account is just and true to the best of her knowledge and belief.

Personally came before me Jack Downing and James Proctor of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly Affirmed that they was well acquainted with property and we have seen all the foregoing described property in possession of while citizen of the United states and we believe the foregoing account is just and true to the best of our Knowledge and belief
