Claimant states that six of the above described horses was stolen by a white man a citizen of the United States by the name of Leech in 1826. Claimant states that she saw her property in possession pf said Leech claimant states that the next described six horses was stolen in 1834 by a white man a citizen of the United States by the name of Jake Tatum claimant also states that she saw her property in possession of said Tatum claimant states that the five head of cattle was stolen from her in 1830(?) by the above named Leech claimant further states that she saw her cattle in possession of said Leech the 99 head of hogs was stolen by a white man a citizen of the United States the name of John Byrd claimant also states that she saw her hogs in 1834 in the possession of said Byrd after they were stolen from her claimant states that she was compelled to pay one hundred and twenty dollars twice over by one Brice Howard a white man a citizen of the United States in 1824 claimant states that in 1833(?) the above named Howard went into his corn field and robbed him of one hundred and fifty five bushels of corn the foregoing said twenty six dollars claimant was compelled to pay one Hughes twice unjustly in 1838

Personally came before me Elizabeth Galcatcher of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that the above is a correct statement of claims against the United States for property stolen by whitemen citizens of the United States and that the foregoing statements are just and true to the best of her knowledge and belief

Affirmed to before me this 18th day of September 1838

Personally came before me Tuc-quo and Dick Tuc-quo of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that they were well acquainted with claimant and her property and they do know that claimant lost her property as above stated witnesses further stated that they assisted claimant in tracking her horses that witnesses states that claimant lost his hogs at the time above mentioned witness knows that claimant did pay a debt twice to one Brice Howard and the amount above named Witnesses know that claimant paid the foregoing mentioned $26.00 unjustly and that the foregoing statements are just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief
