For 1 bay mare 3 years old estimated at | 130.00
“ 1 black colt 1 year old “ at | 20.00
“ 1 cow & calf at | 15.00
“ 1 cloak | 8.00
Personally came before me James Proctor of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing is a correct account of property against the United States which was stolen from him in said dist by a white men citizens of the United States by the names of Herd, Woodall, McClure and Bell that the above is a reasonable price, & that he has never received any value for the same
Affirmed to before me this the 8th of September 1838

Personally came before me Thomas Woodall a whiteman and affirmed that a man by the name of McClure did take the above described mare of claimant’s to the best of his knowledge and belief, and that said mare was branded on each jaw with letters J, P, and further states that he thinks the mare worth 130 dollars, and further states the claimant lost the balance of the above account all of which was taken by whitemen citizens of the United States and that claimant has never received any value for said property to his knowledge
