The above described property was stolen in the year 1823 claimant states that all of the above described property was stolen from him on the Altooney Creek, all at the same time claimant states that he did not see his property in possession of white men, but heard a company of white men drove off his property two of their names known by the name of William Herd & Cockran citizens of the of the United States.
Personally came before me Ally of the Cherokee nation east and solemnly affirmed that the above is a correct statement of claims against the United States for property stolen from her by whitemen citizens of the United States, and the foregoing account is just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief

Personally came before me Ah-chu-a-yu-ah and Da-wee of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that they were acquainted with claimant’s property and they saw a company of whitemen driving off claimant’s property one by the name of William Herd and other by the name of Cockran, the names of the others unknowne to witnesses but all citizens of the United States and the above account is just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief
