Alesey Whortleberry being duly Sworn says the above is a just account of my property which I was forced to abandon by the authorities of the United States in 1838. The ten acres of improved Land charged was taken from me by a white man for Two years. I have had no compensation whatever

Panther Downing being duly sworn states the above as a
just account of claimant property which she was forced to abandon by the authorities of the United States in 1838. And she had Ten acres of Land taken from her Two years by a a white man. And she has never received any compensation for her account to my knowledge
