Personally appeared before me Robert B Daniel an acting clerk for Registering claims in Delaware District. Chah,wah,u,kee and being duly sworn deposeth and saith that the account made out by her against the United States for Two Hundred Dollars is Just and true and that she has been damaged to that amount by being shot through the hand by a citizen of the United States.
