Personally came before me Jinny of the Cherokee nation East and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statements of claims against the United States for property forced to be abandoned by the United States since the 23rd of May 1838 are just and true to the best of her knowledge & beliefs.

 

Affirmed before me this the 3rd day of September 1838
