“ 2 mattocks $2 each 1 table $2 | 4.00

“ 1 set plates $1 1 set of tea cups & saucers 50c | 1.50

“ 2 pot 2.50 each 1 hand saw $2 | 7.00

Total | 34.50

 

Personally came before me Cohnuh-yah-gar of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claim against the United States for property forced to abandon by the authorities of the United States since the 23rd day of May 1838 is just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief

 

Affirmed to before me the 24th of August 1838
