“ 1 crib split logs cabin roof 18 feet by 12
“ 1 crib round logs cabin roof 12 feet square
“ 5 fields containing 79 acres river bottom good fence
“ 30 bearing peach trees
“ 3 apple trees not bearing
“ 1 potatoe patch ½ acre
“ 1 water mellon patch 1 acre
Was dispossessed of 50 acres of the above improvements in April 1832
Personally came before me Crow and soap of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States for improvements are just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief
Affirmed to before me 21st of August 1838
