“ 1 corn crib 7 by 12 feet
“ 34 Bearing Peach trees
“ 1 Apple tree
“ 12 acres of cleared land under good fence creek bottom, the above improvement is on Long Swamp Creek and was dispossessed in 1838
Personally came before me Ca-un-tus–kee & Ches–yuah–kul-lee-kah of Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the above is a correct statement of claims against the U.S. for improvements are just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief
Affirmed to before me this 27th day of Sept, 1838
