“ 1 crib cabin roof round logs 15 feet by 12
“ 1 cow pen 1 acre good fence
“ 2 fields containing 65 acres creek bottom good fence
“ 80 bearing peach trees
“ 80 not bearing peach trees
Was dispossessed of the above improvement in May 1832
Personally came before me Crow & Nelly of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States is just and true to the best of their knowledge
Affirmed before me this the 21st day of August 1838
