“ 25 head of hogs at 4.00 per head | 100.00
“ 3 head of sheep at 3.00 per head | 9.00
“ Cash paid unjustly by compulsion | 14.00

Claimant states that the above described property was stolen from him in 1833 by a white man a citizen of the United States the next item which is 25 head of hogs was stolen by a man of the name of Gentry also a citizen of the United States the three head of sheep was also stolen by a white man as for the last item a man by the name of James Wilson came claimants house with some pretended (illegible) and (illegible) claimant’s house and claimant was compelled to pay the money to get his home out of the possession of the pretended officers.
Personally came before me Alsey of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States for Improvements is just and true, to the best of their knowledge and belief.
Affirmed before me 15th of Sept 1838
