Six Killer was dispossessed of 47 acres of the above by the citizens of Georgia 3 years ago

Personally came before me Thompson and Hawk of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States for property is just and true, to the best of their knowledge and belief.
