“ 200 “ Plumb Trees
“ 50 Acres of cleared land on Ettowa River good fence dispossessed by citizens of the United States in 1836
“ 10 Acres more not under the same fence but in good repair the above Improvements is on the Ettowa in Sixes
Personally came before me Black Henry and Crow of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States for property is just and true, to the best of their knowledge and belief.
Affirmed to before me this the 14th day of September 1838
