Claimant states that above described cattle was stolen in the year 1836 and claimant further states that she has not seen her cattle since they were stolen but a whiteman informed her that he saw her cattle in the possession of a whiteman a citizen of the United States claimant stated that her hogs was stolen in the year 1836 had them in her pen a whiteman unknown to claimant came and drove her hogs off before her eyes and she never got her hogs or any part thereof since. Said whiteman was a citizen of the United States.
Personally came before me Olly of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that the above is a correct statement of claims against the united states for property stolen from her by whitemen citizens of the United States and the above account is just and true to the best of her knowledge and belief

Personally came before me John Still and Ta-con-ou-ala of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that they are well acquainted with claimant’s property and they were informed by a white man that the above described property was in possession of a white man citizen of the United States and that the above account is just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief
