To Ne-lar-we of Hickory Log Dist

 

For one dwelling house round logs cabin roof dirt floor and board loft, 1 door and shutter wooden chimney 18 feet square

“ 2 fields 11 acres river bottom land good fence 100 rails

“ 30 bearing peach trees

“ 50 small DO DO

“ 4 bearing plumb trees

The claimant was disposed of the above improvement in the year 1836

 

Personally came before me Sitting Down Bear and Sar-take of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States for improvements are just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief

 

Affirmed to before me this the 23rd day of August 1838
