“ The above described cattle was stolen from claimant in the year 1829 claimant states that he has not seen his cattle since they were stolen claimant states that a white man told him that his cattle was killed by some white men his name unknown to claimant and he has no other evidence in his power to procure to establish his claim.
Personally came before me Sa-ta-kah of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that the
above is a correct statement of claims against the United States for property stolen from him by whitemen citizens of the United States and the above account is just and true to the best of his knowledge and belief
Affirmed to before me this the 13th of September 1838

Personally came before me Ake Skul-a-yua of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that he was well acquainted with claimant’s property and does know that the above described property was stolen from him claimant as above described by a whiteman a citizen of the United States to the best of his knowledge and belief and that the above account is just and true
