Personally came before me Ah-u-que of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States for property forced to abandon by the authorities of the United States since the 29th day of May 1838 is just and true to the best of her knowledge and belief 

 

Affirmed to before me this 12th of September 1838

Personally came before me Stop and Chew-e of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States for property is just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief
