The above described property was stolen from claimant in the year 1830-31 & 32 claimant states that all of the above described property was stolen from him at Sixes Gold mines while the white people was there digging gold claimant has not seen any of his property since but has good reason to believe his property was stolen by white citizens of the United States claimant lives at Sixes gold mines at the time his property was stolen.
Personally came before me Yah-wee-con-na of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the above is a correct statement of claims against the United States for property stolen from him by whitemen citizens of the United States and the above account is correct and just to the best of his knowledge and belief.

Personally came before me Nick Proctor & John Rodgers of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that they were well acquainted with claimants property and they have seen the foregoing property in possession of white men citizens of the United States and we believe the foregoing account to be just and true to the best of our knowledge and belief
