The above improvement lies on the Chattahoochee River near Gates Ferry
Improvement on Standing Peachtree near the Chattahoochee River viz.
“ 1 dwelling house round logs cabin roof 32 feet by 14
“ 2 corn cribs cabin roof 12 feet by 9 each
“ 1 stable cabin roof 12 feet square
“ 1 field 60 acres fiver bottom good fence
“ 50 peach trees not bearing
“ 1 cow pen two acres good fence
Personally came before me Moses Downing of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States for property forced to abandon in the Creek Nation under the Treaty of 1825_&6_ known as McIntosh’s Treaty by the authorities of the United States for which he has never received any compensation for are just and true to the best of his knowledge and belief

Personally came before me William Proctor and George Still of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States for property forced to abandon in the Creek Nation by the authorities of the United States are just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief
