The above described hogs was stolen in the year 1833 claimant states that a white man by the name of Dunn willfully and malitiously stole and drove off her hogs and claimant has frequently seen her hogs in the possession of said Dunn who would not let claimant have his hogs. Said Dunn is a citizen of the United States. The next account is for money due claimant from whitemen citizens of the United States which claimant was forced to loose in consequence of being forced off by the authorities of the United States.
Personally came before me Mary Downing of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that the above is a correct statement of claims against the United States for property stolen from her by white men citizens of the United States, and for money due her by whitemen citizens of the United States, and the above account is just and true to the best of her knowledge and belief

Personally came before me Jesse Downing and Cash Downing of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that they were well acquainted with claimant’s hogs and they have seen the above described hogs of claimant’s in possession of a white man by the name of Dunn a citizen of the United States and they believe all of the above accounts is just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief
