Claimant states that the above described 7 head of cattle was stolen from him in the year 1824 claimant states that he has not seen his cattle since they was stolen but heard they was stolen by a whiteman citizen of the United States claimant states that the next described cattle was stolen from him in the year 1824. Claimant states that he seen the above described 3 cows in possession of a man by the name Dobbs claimant demanded his cows but he would not give them up but claimant (illegible) them said Dobbs is a whiteman and citizen of the United States Claimant stats that the above described hogs was stolen from him in the year 1824 claimant states that sometime after his hogs was stolen he found them in possession of a whiteman his name unknown to claimant said man had claimant’s hogs penned up and would not give them up to claimant said man is a citizen of the United States The first described rifle gun was taken from him in the year 1826 claimant states that he was at a store and left his gun outside and while the claimant was in the store his gun was taken away claimant states he did not see any person with his gun but an inquiry for his gun a whiteman told claimant that he saw a whiteman taking away his gun while claimant was in the store. The next described rifle gun taken from claimant in the year 1826 claimant states that he was at a white man’s house his name unknown to claimant and while there he took claimant’s gun from him and forcibly kept his gun claimant has never got his gun since, said man was a citizen of the United States
Personally came before me Locust of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statements of claims against the United States for property stolen from him by whitemen citizens of the United States is just and true to the best of his knowledge & belief

Personally came before me Thomas Blanket and Ned Blanket of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that they were well acquainted with claimant’s property and they have seen all the foregoing described property in possession of whitemen citizens of the United States and the amount charged in the account is just and true to the best of their knowledge & belief
