“ money unjustly paid to white man | 4.50
Personally came before me William Downing a claimant of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the above is a just account of money unjustly paid to John H King and Night Blackwell white men citizens of the United States claimant states that he had to pay the said King the sum of 26.25 and that he never was in debt to said King for said amount he also said that he had to pay said Blackwell the sum of 4.50 which he never was indebted for he further affirmed that the amount is just and correct and that he was had no pay for the same

Personal came before me Moses Downing and David Still of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that they saw the claimant pay the above amounts was indebted to neither of them they say the amount is correct and that the claimant has had no pay for the same to the best of their knowledge and belief
