“ 1 Crib cabin roof 15 feet by 6
“ 1 Cow pen 1 acre good fence
“ 600 new rails not put up 500 new boards not put up
“ 3 Hot Houses cabin roofs 9 feet by 6 Each
“ 3 Fields 38 Acres good up land good fence
“ 100 Bearing Peach Trees 30 not Bearing Do Do
“ 5 Apple Trees Bearing
Was dispossessed of the above Improvements in the Spring of 1835
Personally came before me George Downing and Jesse Downing of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States for improvements is just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief
Affirmed to before me the 8th of Sept. 1838
