The above described horse was stolen in the year 1830 claimants states that his horse was forcibly taken from him by a Whiteman unknown to claimant at the same time said Whiteman unknown to claimant at the said time said white forcibly arrested and taken from claimant seventy dollars in money shortly afterwards a whiteman forcibly taken of his canoe(?)in his presence all of the above described property was forcibly and maliciously taken from claimant by Whitemen citizens of the United States and claimant has not had any compensation for his property nor any part thereof
Personally came before me Te-cha-wes–kee of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the above is a correct statement of claims against the United States for property stolen by Whitemen citizens of the United States and the above account is just and true to the best of his knowledge and belief
