$5 as compelled to pay unjustly | 5.00
Claimant states that the above described horse was stolen from claimant by a whiteman a citizen of the United states claimant found his horse after he was stolen from him and the whiteman that had horse in possession would not let claimant have his horse until claimant was compelled to pay the sum of thirty eight dollars to get his horse again claimant states that the thirty dollars he was compelled to pay to one Brice Howard unjustly and for nothing claimant further states that he owed the said Howard nothing also the said Brice Howard is a citizen of the United States the five dollars above named was also paid to the said Howards unjustly upon some pretended claim of debt. This was all done in the year 1831 and 1832 and claimant never has received any compensation for any of his money compelled to pay unjustly
Personally came before me Galcatcher of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that that the above is a correct statement of claims against the United States for money paid unjustly by claimant to whitemen citizens of the United States and are reasonable and just to the best of his knowledge and belief

Personally came before me Tu-yer and Bile Corn of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that they do know that claimant paid all of the foregoing sums unjustly as above stated to white men citizens of the United States and are correct and just to the best of their knowledge and belief
