To Wolf Kinny of hickory Log dist

50 head grown hogs 5.00 each | 250.00

Personally came before me Wolf Kinny the claimant of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed the above is a just account of property against the United States which was stolen from ger in said dist 18 years ago by whitemen citizens of the United States by the name of Tidwell and some others named not known. That the above is a reasonable price and that she has never received any value for the same

Affirmed to before me this the 26th day September 1838

Personally came before me William Crittenton of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that about 18 years ago he saw a whiteman citizen of the United States by the name of John Tidwell have the above described hogs in possession and that said hogs were in the mark of Wolf Kinny the claimant and further states that there were some other whitemen with Tidwell when he saw the hogs at Tidwells where whose names he does not know and that claimant has never received value for the same to his knowledge and belief

Personally came before me Betsy Bearpaw of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that about 18 years ago that she did see the above described hogs belonging to Wolf Kinny in the possession of a whiteman citizen of the United States by the name of John Tidwell and some other whitemen whose names she did not know in English and that said hogs were in the mark of Wolf Kinny the claimant and that claimant never got any of the foregoing described hogs back and that said hogs was well worth 5.00 per head that claimant has never received any value for the same to her knowledge and belief
