Was in school in Kentucky when the stock was stolen. Tah-lah-se-ne said claimants uncle Ka-skah-ne had charge of the horses while he was at school. Gone hunting for 3 months on the Washita. Left horses on Lees Creek. When he returned they had strayed and he was crippled and could not search. He was confined & died soon after. A brother of the uncle, Oo-ki-soo-gah-tah or Young Duck, with witness in pursuit of the horses but couldn't be recovered.
