Had charge of a Detachment. Had to leave a colt nr Cumberland Mtn TN with white man named Harris with directions to send with Jesse Bushyhead when his Detachment passed but he did not. While emigrating a white man Samuel Lane took out an oath of attachment for a pretended claim against him for feeding Cherokee. Hired Polecat to his property out of the way.
