To Nancy An.ah.wa.key late of Sixes Town Hickory Log District C.N. East removed in Bell Detachment 1838. And now resides in Going Snake District C.N.

1821 For 1 Roan mare theft $70, 10 Bl[ac]k mare & colt $65 $135
1 Sorrel mare & 2 colts 125
15 head stock cattle $ 175
68 head stock hogs $ 180

Nancy Anawankey being duly sworn noted the above charged horse was stolen from me in the
year 1821 by a whiteman named James Black I tried to get my horses back, but said, Black
refused to give them up, the cattle was stolen from me by a whiteman Cherokee named Humming Bird in the year 1821. The hogs was taken away from me by a whiteman named Miller in 1835 without just cause: I have never Received any compensation for my property.

An.ah.wa.ke the mother of Nancy being duly sworn states, that her daughter Nancy had the above charged horses stolen from in the year 1821 by a whiteman named James Black. I saw said Black have the horses and I tried to get him to give them up, but he would not, the 15 head of cattle was also stolen same year from my daughter by a white man named in Cherokee, Humming Bird, I saw him have the cattle and he refused to let my daughter have them, the hogs was taken away from my Daughter by a whiteman named Miller, my daughter tryed to get the hogs from Miller but he would not give them up, he took the hogs in 1835. She has never been paid for the same to my knowledge
