An.ah.wa.ke being duly sworn says I am the only Hier[heir] of my brother Tarapin who owned the above charge property in his life time, he died in the old nation in 1834, the above charged Bay horse was stolen from my brother in the year 1819 on Su.wa.nee creek, by a whiteman, and I saw said man have the horse. the cow and 2 yearlings was also stolen from my Brother same year by a white man named Baker and same white man Baker Stole the fifteen head hogs, same year, the improvements was made Suwanee Creek which was never valued to any person or to myself under the late Valuations, there has never been any consideration Received for the said property or Improvement

Owl Foster being duly sworn states
that the above statements are made by Anahwake wake in regard to her Brother Tarripins property being stoled by white men and the improvements made by her Brother in the lifetime is just and correctly stated. And she is the only Heir of said Taripin Foster, that died in the year 1834, old nation, There has never been any consideration Received for said Improvements to my Knowledge
