8 head stock cattle $75,, 3 Sows & pigs $18,, 93.00
1 Oven $4,, 4 hoes $4. 2 Beehives $6 14.00

Car.sa.tes.key being duly sworn says the above improvements which I have charged was made after the Treaty. the Ballance of my property I was forced to abandon it by the authorities of the United States in 1838. And I have never received any compensation for the same whatsoever

Panther Downing being duly sworn states that the above charged Improvements was made by claiment after the Treaty in 1836 the ballance of his account charged he was forced to abandon it by the Authorities of the United States in 1838. And he has never Received any compensation for the land to my knowledge
