Aggy Alberty being duly sworn states that the above Forty Acres of upland was not valued to her under the late Treaty as the records of Agents Returns will show the ballance of my account as it is charged I was forced to abandon it by the authorities of the United States in 1838 for which I have never Received any compensation whatever

Jinny Sanders and William Crittenton being duly sworn state the above charged Forty acres of land was not valued to Aggy the claiment under the Late Treaty. the ballance of her account is a just schedule of her property which she was forced to abandon by the authorities of the United States in 1838. She has never Received any compensation for the same to our knowledge
