For 1 Dwelling House Split Log Cabin roof puncheon floor 18 feet square
“ 1 corn crib round logs cabin roof 12 feet square
“ 1 field 19 acres bottom land, 50 bearing peach trees
“ 7 Apple Trees and 20 Small Peach Trees not bearing
“ 1 Cow pen ½ acre 1 hen house round logs cabin roof 12 by 6 feet
“ 1 Fish Trap 12 feet long and 6 feet wide
Was dispossessed of the above improvements in 1830
Personally came before me Coon and Little Will of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States for Improvements is just and true, to the best of their knowledge and belief
Affirmed before me the 24th of August 1838
