The above named improvement is situated in Hickory Log Dist or Town

“ 16 Bearing peach Trees 8 not bearing
The above named improvement of 16 acres & the Fruit Trees was forcibly taken by Georgians in 1836 logs(?) then with 1 acre of ground for a garden & 4 Bearing Peach Trees
Personally came before me James Tarnoowee & Nedeau of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States for improvements is just & true to the best of their knowledge & belief
