Dispossessed of the above improvements in the Spring of 1838.
Personally came before me Che-squs–cal-loo-yer and Cow-ha-tis-kee of the Cherokee Nation eat and solemnly affirm that the foregoing is a correct statement of claims against the United States for improvements and are just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief
