Personally came before me Arch Vann of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States for property forced to abandon by the authorities of the Unites States given since the 23rd of May 1838 is just and true to the best of his knowledge and belief

 

Affirmed before me 31st of August 1838

Personally came before me Wat-ta-too-cah and Chu-el-oo-kee of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed  that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States for property is just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief
