This improvement was made on the Hightower River Sixes Town and forcibly taken by the authorities of the state of Georgia in 1835

Personally came before me Su-yate and Rustybelly of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States for improvements is just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief
