“ 1 kitchen cabin roof no floor round logs wooden chimney 12 feet square

“ 1 house on a side for loom cabin roof no floor no chimney 12 feet square

“ 1 house cabin roof puncheon floor round logs no chimney 8 feet by 10

“ 1 house cabin roof round logs no floor wooden chimney 16 feet by 18

“ 1 corn crib cabin roof round logs puncheon floor 8 feet by 15

“ 1 corn crib cabin roof round logs puncheon floor 8 feet square

“ 1 corn crib split logs cabin roof puncheon floor 10 feet square

“ 1 field bottom land good fence 70 acres

“ 1 small field good fence upland 1 acre

“ 1 cow pen good fence 1 acre

“ 6 bearing peach trees

This improvement was made at Long Island at Chattahoochee

 

Personally came before me Robert Sleave and Charles of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that they foregoing statement of claims against the United States for improvements is just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief

 

Affirmed to before me the 20th of August 1838
