For 77 hogs at $5 each | 385.00

 

Personally came before me Cho-u-ker of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that about 5 years ago she lost the above described hogs which she has good reason to believe that said hogs was stolen by white men citizen of the United States and for which she has received no pay for and that the charges ae reasonable and which claim against the United States is just and true to the best of her knowledge and belief

Personally came before me Ben Vann and George Sanders of the Cherokee Nation east and solemnly affirmed that they were well acquainted with claimant’s hogs and that they saw the hogs above alluded to in the lot of a whiteman citizen of the United States and that the above charges are reasonable and that the foregoing claim against the United States are just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief
