For 20 milk cows 20 ea | 400.00 

“ 10 Large steer at 15 Ea | 150.00 

“ 20 steer 2 year, old 10 Ea | 200.00 

“ 30 Heifers 3 years old 12 ea | 360.00 

“30 “ 2 year old 8 Ea 240.00 

“ 31 yearlings at 5.00 Ea | 155.00 

“ 168 Head of Hogs at 2.00 | 376.00 

Crop on hand | 250.00 

Total | 2131.00 

 

The above described cattle and Hogs was left on Soap Creek when the claimant was dispossessed by Charles H. Nelson the agent for the state Georgia May 1st 1835

Personally came before me Nancy Still of the Cherokee Nation East, and solemnly affirmed the forgoing statement of claims against the United States for property forced to abandon by  theauthorities of the state of Georgia since the first day of May 1835 is just and true to the best of the knowledge and belief

 

Affirmed to before me the 14th of September 1838

Personally came before me William Proctor and Sally Still of the Cherokee Nation East, and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claims against the United States for property are just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief,
