The above described cattle and Hogs was left on Soap Creek when the claimant was dispossessed by Charles H. Nelson the agent for the state Georgia May 1st 1835
Personally came before me Nancy Still of the Cherokee Nation East, and solemnly affirmed the forgoing statement of claims against the United States for property forced to abandon by theauthorities of the state of Georgia since the first day of May 1835 is just and true to the best of the knowledge and belief
