To Nancy Still of Hickory Log Dist 

 

For 2 houses hewed logs cabin roof plank floor 16 feet by 14  

“ 1 House split logs cabin roof 15 feet by 14  

“ 1 stable cabin roof 15 feet by 14  

“ 1 Horse lot 1 acre good fence

“ 1 field 16 acres good River Bottom 

“ 1 “ 3 “ “ up land  

“ 1 Crib cabin roof 14 feet by 6  

 

Personally came before me George Still and Ned Still of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the forgoing statement of claims against the United States for property forced to abandon by the authorities of the United States in the Creek Nation under the treaty of 1825 and six know as Mcintosh Treaty, are just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief

 

Affirmed to before me the 14th of  September 1838
