Claimant states that the above described horse was stolen from him in the year 1825 claimant states that his horse was taken from his house and he claimant had his horses into the whites settlements but could not overtake his horses he has never seen his horses in possession of any person but has good reasons to believe they was taken by a whiteman a citizen of the United States

Claimant states that the above described rifle guns was taken from him the year 1835 claimant states that he went to a store and left his guns outside the house and while in the store his guns was taken he did not see his guns in possession of any person but he heard they was taken by a whiteman a citizen of the United States

Personally came before me Edward Blanket of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the above is a correct statement of claims against the United States for the property stolen from him by whites of the United States and the amount charged in the account is just and true to the best of his knowledge and belief

Personally came before me Lewis Jug and Locust Blanket of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that they was well acquainted with claimant’s property and they was with claimant and tracked his horses into the white’s settlement and has good reasons to believe they was taken by a citizen of the United States they belive the property worth the amount charged in the account and is just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief.

Personally came before me Mink Blanket and Locust Blanket of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that they was well acquainted with guns and some time after claimant’s guns was taken they saw them in possession by a white man by the name of Pots said Pots is a citizen of the United States we believe the following account is just and true to the best of our knowledge and belief
