These improvrments was made ad the mouth of the Long Swamp Creek near Hickory Log Town

5 acre field 12 acre field was forcibly taken from me by the Georgians in 1838

Personally came before me Oocoh-se-tuh and Wakkeetah-we of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that theforegoing statements of claims against the United States for improvements is just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief
