Claimant states that the above described Black mare was stolen from him I the year 1834 Claimant states that his mare was stolen out of his stall by a white man by the name of John Crow Claimant saw he was in possession of said Crow and tried to get the mare but he would not give her up and ran her away and she never got her said Crow is a white man a d a citizen of the United States the next described hogs was stolen from him in the year 1834 Claimant states that the above named John Crow drove away and penned the above named 20 head of hogs she saw the hogs in possession of said Crow but could not get them
