Personally came before me John Allgone the claimant of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed is a just account of property stolen from him by white man citizen of the United States the claimant states that the 2 horses as described was stolen from him James Woods a white man claimant in Hickory Log District about 4 years ago the claimant states that he saw his horses in possession of said Wood in a short time after they was stolen from him The 8 head of hogs was stolen by one Nailer a white man down in Hickory Log District 4 years ago the claimant states that he saw his hogs in the possession of said Nailer 6 days after they was stolen from him he further affirms that the prices for said property reasonable and that he has had no pay for the same.

Personally came before me Jack Sir and Ook-to-ne of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed they saw the 2 horses as described in the possession of said James Wood a white man the same day that was stolen from claimant and knew them to be the same alluded to above. They also saw the claimant in a short time after and told him and he replied that his horses was stolen from him the same day that they saw them in the possession of said Wood and he knew that it was him that stole them They further affirm that they saw the 8 Hogs as described in the possession of said Nailer a white man and knew them to be the name alluded to above They say it was but a short time after the Hogs was stolen when they saw them in the possession of said Nailer They also saw claimant in a short time afterwards told him and he replied that his Hogs was stolen but a short time before they saw them in the possession of said Nailer They further affirm that the above prices are reasonable and that claimant has had no pay for the same to the best of their knowledge & belief
